How do you ship?
We ship USPS priority with delivery confirmation so we both know where your package is. We also ship UPS.Fed Ex UPS charges more for residential and saturday delivery.International shipments go First class International postage and all duties are the buyers responsibility NO EXCEPTIONS!

When do you ship?
We ship Monday thru Friday. We try to ship within 24 hours of payment clearing. Sometimes we miss but not very often. If you require Fedex or UPS please let us know. Some times we may be out of stock temporarily. We will let you know when items will ship

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept paypal which means virtually all credit cards.Cashiers checks,Money orders. Please note that echecks take 7-10 days to clear paypal their deal not ours.We also accept personal checks these take 10 days after receipt to clear the federal banking system not ours. Items ship AFTER clearing.

Inventory
We try to keep 500-1000 sets in inventory at all times. Ocassionally we are out of a size or color. When that happens we will notify you. It ususally takes 10 days for us to get a missing color or size in. We will then ship immediately. We reserve the right to substitute labels.

Returns
We will issue an RA number for you to clearly write on return package. You are reponsible for any and or all return postage or freight costs. No exceptions!.We will refund your cost minus shipping costs to you. No exceptions! Bed Linens must be returned in original package and must NOT HAVE BEEN WASHED OR LAUNDERED OR USED IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM to be eligible for return.
